​I walked into Kafra’s Bakery in Jackson Heights with the intention of having a light snack, and I left with the collective GDP of a small Colombian town in my stomach. 🇨🇴 ​Started with the chicken empanadas (dangerously good), moved on to the buñuelos (crispy, cheesy perfection), and hit the pandebono like a professional athlete. But let’s be real—the Tres Leches Cheesecake? That’s not a dessert, that’s a spiritual awakening. It’s light, it’s rich, and I’m pretty sure I saw my ancestors cheering me on after the first bite. ​Huge portions, incredible staff, and coffee that actually wakes up your soul. If you see me rolling down 37th Ave, just mind your business.

This place tricked me. I originally thought that it was a bakery/coffee shop but they are a full blown restaurant. The service was wonderful. I look forward to going back.
